Played integral role in high profile project to migrate content from an offshore government website to IBM WebSphere Portal and Workplace Web Content Management. As Portal Consultant and Test Lead, supported project from inception through development, test and delivery. Facilitated requirements gathering workshops for first two iterations of the project to understand current government service processes, gather content and functional requirements. Overcame lack of a cohesive project team, and subject matter experts. Utilized strong mediation skills, conducted research, and drew on leading practices to finalize requirements.
