Conducted statistical analysis to determine why a large number of group RESP plans had been terminating due to non-payment over the last 2 years. Delivered a comprehensive study that identified the major causes of early plan terminations, resulting in i) a minimum plan duration being applied to the company sales incentive program, and ii) additional training for sales agents.
