Researched ESL training programs, English language grammar & syntax, and the IT business analyst role to develop writing examples and templates to improve ESL business analysts’ writing skills. Developed and delivered three workshop course featuring English Basics, English for Information Discovery & Analysis, and Requirements Syntax/Patterns modules. Following the course, students used the examples and templates provided resulting in a noticeable improvement in their writing skills.
