A global investment firm needed help developing and prioritizing user stories for a new financial advisor portal. Reviewed existing advisor website and drew on financial services background to develop a list of potential epic user stories to guide requirements gathering workshop discussions. Led subsequent stakeholder workshops to decompose epics into estimable user stories and then prioritize user stories. Worked with client and IBM User Experience team to sketch requirements. Received IBM Service Excellence Award for providing excellent leadership, requirements management, and customer service skills.
